Conversations

B2B clients can directly message sellers for various requests:

• Inquiry: Used to ask general questions about the products or services.
• Message: Used to communicate with the seller about any issues or questions.
• Quote Request: Used to request a price quote for specific products or services.

Based on your inquiries, you will receive a response from the seller.

To start a conversation, click on New Conversation and create your request:

You must include the following items:

• Seller you want to message
• Type of request
• Request title
• Request description

After starting a conversation with the seller, you will be redirected to the chat with the seller, where you can continue the correspondence.

After creating a request, it will be displayed on the Conversations page, where you can return to it at any time.
