Order a change in the delivery route using AlphaDiscounters Finally Mile
If you have received a notification from AlphaDiscounters Finally Mile about an unsuccessful attempt to deliver your order, you can set a new delivery date from your mobile phone.
All you have to do is follow the steps indicated in the received SMS or Viber message. You will need to choose a new day and time of delivery and, if desired, you can leave additional comments about the delivery of your order.
Important note:
A new delivery appointment cannot be scheduled for the same day.
