Why was my order cancelled ?
The order may not be accepted by the store initially selected for its service due to incorrect availability of the product.
Then we look for the product in other partner stores that have it in the same price range. In case of detection of the goods, the replacement is made automatically.
If a replacement is not found at a similar price or the goods are in short supply from the supplier, then the shipment of a specific product is canceled. For orders that have been paid by card, a refund is automatically sent to your card.
