4. Track the progress of the refund request
After sending a refund request, our team will process it, and you will receive a new email with information about the progress of its implementation.
You can monitor the progress of the refund in your personal account:
- Log in to your AlphaDiscounters account.
- Click on your account icon and select “Orders“.
- Click “More Details” in the order that includes the returned item.
- Click “Refund Requests”.
Stages of the Refund Request
- Pending: Our team is processing your request.
- Approved: The request was approved and the carrier picked it up on the selected date.
- Sent: The shipping company received the refund.
- Delivered: The store has received a refund.
Complete the refund process
After receiving the goods by the carrier, we will refund your money or send a replacement, depending on your choice in the return form.
If you return a defective product, it must first be checked by the store or a workshop cooperating with it. Upon completion of the verification, you will receive an email with the discovery and further steps of the refund process.
