9. Replacement of the goods after the return of the order
If you have chosen “Replacement” when making a refund request, we will proceed with sending the new item you want after receiving the parcel by the shipping company.
The replacement order will be registered as a new order in your account.
You will be able to monitor the progress of the delivery through your account, as well as through informative emails.
For some defective products, the damage is checked at the store or at an authorized workshop. Upon completion of the verification, you will receive an email with the discovery and further steps of the refund process.
