How do I place an order with an invoice?

The ability to invoice purchases through AlphaDiscounters is provided by most partner stores.

You can request an invoice by selecting “Issue Invoice” after you fill out the delivery details of your order. If this option is not displayed, the store does not support invoicing for the purchase of the product.

How to choose the invoice version for your order:

1. Add the product to the cart.
2. On the shopping cart page, go to the next step to enter the delivery information.
3. The “Issue invoice” option will appear under the delivery address field.
4. When you select “Invoice”, a form will appear to fill in your data.
5. When you enter your VAT number, the rest of the information is filled in automatically based on the data available in the AADE services.
6. Then select “Payment Details” to continue paying for your order.

What else do I need to know about invoicing for AlphaDiscounters purchases?

• If you select “Invoice” for your order, this will apply to all stores that have been selected to serve it. If you want to issue an invoice only for some shipments, and for others you need a receipt, then you should register 2 different orders.
• For stores that may not support billing, the following message appears in the shopping cart summary: “Perhaps this item is not included in the bill.” In this case, the store will most likely send you a receipt.
