I requested an invoice, but received a receipt

If you have selected “Invoicing” for an order consisting of more than one shipment, it is likely that one of the stores that served you does not support invoicing and will send you a receipt.

In this case, before completing the purchase, an indication appears in your cart under a specific batch: “This product cannot be included in the invoice.”

If the above message has not appeared and you still receive a receipt instead of an invoice, you can contact us.

1. Click “Contact Us”.
2. Select “Payments and Refunds”.
3. Then select the reason for “Purchase with invoice”.
4. Fill in the rest of the information.
5. Click “Send”.
