Refund after cancellation or refund of the order

Purchases through AlphaDiscounters Guarantee that you will be refunded the full cost of your order (including shipping) if you want to cancel or refund it.

Select the payment method that you used when placing the order to get more information about the refund process.

Payment by card

If you have made a payment by credit or debit card, the refund process begins with confirmation of cancellation or delivery of the return package to the transport company.

As soon as we complete the refund, a confirmation email will be sent to you, as well as proof of the transaction from the cooperating payment organization by email called “Confirmation of Refund from AlphaDiscounters” from the address [email protected]

A refund to your account may look like a debit, cancellation of a payment order for your order, or as a deposit returned from AlphaDiscounters.

Finally, the amount of time it will take to return money to your account depends on your bank.

The refund to the card is carried out in the same way as the payment was made.

Payment by cash on delivery.

If you paid by cash on delivery, you will be asked to fill in your account details in the refund form so that the amount can be deposited.

Payment by gift card

If you have registered your order with an AlphaDiscounters gift card, a refund will be made when a new gift card is issued.

If you used an AlphaDiscounters Gift Card in combination with a card payment in the same order, in case of a refund, we will refund the money to your account and issue a new gift card with an additional amount.
