Return of goods paid by cash on delivery

If the refund concerns a product that was paid for by cash on delivery, you will be asked to fill in your account details in the refund form so that you can deposit the amount.

The information you will be requesting:

1. IBAN accounts.
2. The name of the recipient (The name of the recipient must match the name of the recipient of the order).
3. Proof of account ownership in the format .pdf or image (for example, a photo from the main page of your savings book or a photo from web banking, where the recipient’s name and IBAN will be displayed in one file).

If you do not have a bank account in which you appear as the main beneficiary, you will need to upload a declaration to the refund form. The statement must be certified by KEP, and it must indicate that you want to deposit your money into a third party account. Also, you can do it online via www.gov.gr, in the section “Issuing a responsible declaration”.

Useful tip:

For your convenience, you can copy and fill in the following text in the declaration:

 As the recipient of the order number {write the order number here}, I want my refund from AlphaDiscounters S.A. after returning the product {write the product you want to return here} to be made by making a deposit to a bank account in the IBAN {specify 27 digits of the IBAN} of the bank {specify the name of the bank} and the name here recipient {enter the recipient’s full name here}.

Important notes:

• Do not upload sensitive personal data such as your debit/credit card details or police ID.
• The cost of cash on delivery, which is 2 euros per shipment, is non-refundable.
• If you want your money to be returned to an account belonging to any bank other than the four system banks (National Bank of Greece, Alfa-Bank, Piraeus Bank, Eurobank), you will be charged the bank expenses of the recipient bank. The expenses of the paying bank will be covered by AlphaDiscounters.
