When will my refund be completed?

For orders that have been paid by card, money is automatically unblocked by AlphaDiscounters after cancellation or refund of the order.

However, the amount of time it will take for the funds to appear on your account depends on your bank and in rare cases may take up to 14 business days.

If after this time you still do not see the money in your account, you can contact your bank directly for further clarification using the refund receipt that was sent to you.

In the following cases, the duration of the refund process may vary:

• If you paid by cash on delivery, the refund process is not carried out automatically, but by means of a bank deposit.
• In case of return of a defective product, you must first check for damage in the store or in an authorized workshop.
