Customers and sellers can contact the marketplace’s online technical support.

On the Message Center page, there are two categories for contacting support:

• For sellers
  
• For buyers
  

Users can also fill out a technical support form. After submitting the form, technical support will get in touch with the user as soon as possible and answer any questions they may have.
