Orders

The Orders page is designed to help you manage and track your purchases. Here, you can find detailed information about all your orders and take various actions related to them.

Features of the Orders Page:

• View Order History:
  • Access a comprehensive list of all your past and current orders.
  • Check the status of each order (e.g., Processing, On hold, Completed, Refunded).
• Track Shipments:
  • Monitor whether the product is delivered to the customer.
  • Monitor the delivery progress.
• Order Details:
  • View detailed information about each order, including item descriptions, quantities, prices, and delivery address. To do this, you need to click on the “View” button.
  • Download invoices and receipts for your records. To do this, you need to click on the “Invoice” button.
• Request Returns or Refunds:
  • If you encounter any issues with your order, you can request a return or refund directly from this page.
  • Follow the steps to submit a request for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

  

• Cancel Request:
  • You can cancel the shipment of your order until it is delivered.
  • To do this, click the “Cancel Request” button, select the reason, and then click “Send Cancellation Request”.

  
  

• Reorder Items:
  • Easily reorder items you have purchased before.
  • Click on the “Order Again” button next to the desired item to add it to your cart again.

  

Important Note:

Orders may be marked as “Single Seller” or “Multi Seller”:

• Single Seller means that all items in the order were purchased from the same vendor.



• Multi Seller means that the items in the order were purchased from different sellers.

With the Multi Seller designation, your order is divided into sub-orders. To view each sub-order, click the “View” button, and you will see the sub-orders listed below. Each sub-order belongs to a single seller. This system is designed for the convenience of sellers.
