Submit Complaint

To file a complaint for one of the following reasons:

• Intellectual Property Complaint (For Rights Holders)
  If you are an intellectual property rights holder, including copyrights (images, artworks, etc.), portrait rights, or trademark rights, and you believe that the product infringes upon your rights, please file a complaint.
• Complaint (For Non-Rights Holders)
  If you are not an intellectual property rights holder but want to report a case where another party is infringing on a trademark, please file a complaint.
• Restricted or Prohibited Products
  If the seller has listed products that are restricted, prohibited, or unsuitable for delivery, please file a complaint.
• Product Return or Exchange Dispute
  If you have issues with returning or exchanging a product, please file a dispute. More about the disputes

Go to the Complaint/Dispute page and select the appropriate form to fill out. Then, complete the provided form and click the Submit button.
