Can I choose the delivery date and time ?

Currently, it is not possible to select a specific delivery date and time for purchases through AlphaDiscounters.

You can see the estimated delivery date in your shopping cart before placing an order and in the “Details” section of the order in your personal account after it is placed.

The delivery date is determined by the availability of the goods you purchased.

• Product in stock: Delivery from 1 to 3 days from the moment of placing the order.
• Goods in limited quantity: Delivery from 4 to 10 days from the moment of placing the order.

As for the delivery time, partner transport companies deliver daily from 09:00 to 18:00.

The delivery time is determined by the volume of orders and routes by region.

Finally, in the orders in your AlphaDiscounters account, you will find the tracking number of the parcel so that you can track its shipment at any time.
