Change the order delivery details

You can change the delivery address and contact phone number of the order depending on the stage at which it is located.

Select the section corresponding to the stage of your order so that you can find more information about changing the shipping information.

Go to the section:

• Change the data at the “Processing” stage
• Changing the details at the stages “To be shipped” or “Delivered to the courier”

Change the data at the stage “Processing”

If your order is in the “Processing” stage, you can change the delivery address or contact phone number through your account.

1. Log in to your AlphaDiscounters account.
2. Click on your account icon and select “Orders“.
3. Click “More Details” on the order you are interested in.
4. At the bottom of the page, under the delivery address, select “Change delivery information”.
5. Fill in a new delivery address or a new contact phone number.
6. Click “Save”.

Changing the details at the “Ready to ship” or “Delivered to the courier”

If your order is at the “Ready to ship” or “Delivered to the courier” stage, the “Change delivery information” option is not displayed in your account.

To change the delivery details in this case, you can either cancel the order and reissue it with the correct data, or contact us, so that we can pass your request to the transport company.

Through the “Settings” in your personal account, you can change your information so that it can be used correctly in future orders.
