How can I cancel an individual shipment of my order?

You can cancel each shipment of your order separately through your account.

1. Log in to your AlphaDiscounters account.
2. Click on your account icon and select “Orders“.
3. Click “More Details” on the order you are interested in.
4. Click “Cancel Shipment” on the shipment you want to cancel.

If you paid with a card, the refund process is initiated automatically.

Cancellation of a shipment at the “Delivered to courier” stage

If you cancel the shipment when it has already been delivered to the carrier, there is a chance that a delivery attempt will be made. In this case, you must refuse to receive it. The refund will be made after the package is returned to the store.

Important notes:

• If a parcel from a store contains more than one product or part of the product, you cannot delete only one, but you can only cancel the entire shipment.
• Cancellation cannot be canceled. If you canceled the shipment by mistake, you will have to re-place the order.
