How do I know that my order is registered ?
You can confirm that your new order has been successfully registered through your AlphaDiscounters account.
To view your orders:
- Log in to your AlphaDiscounters account.
- Click on your account icon.
- Select “Orders“.
In addition, upon completion of the purchase, you will receive an informative email with a unique order code.
After your order is registered, you can track its progress in your AlphaDiscounters account, as well as through informational emails that you receive at each stage of delivery.
Useful advice:
If your order is not displayed in your account, it is possible that you have connected to another email address or have not completed the purchase.
