How to cancel an order?

You can cancel your order through your account.

1. Log in to your AlphaDiscounters account.
2. Click on your account icon and select “Orders“.
3. Click “More Details” on the order you are interested in.
4. Click “Cancel order”.

If you paid with a card, the refund process is initiated immediately.

If desired, you can cancel only one separate batch of your order.

Cancellation of the order at the “Delivered to courier” stage

If you cancel your order when it has already been delivered to the carrier, there is a chance that a delivery attempt will be made. In this case, you must refuse to receive it. The refund will be made after the package is returned to the store.

Important notes:

• Cancellation cannot be canceled. If you cancelled your order by mistake, you will have to re-enter it.
