I received fewer items than I ordered. What to do?

If the package you received contains fewer products than you ordered, you should contact us so that we can arrange for the remaining products to be sent to you or arrange a refund.

1. Click “Contact Us”.
2. Select “Shipping and Delivery”.
3. Then select the reason “My order was delivered incomplete”.
4. Fill in the order number. You will find it on the Orders page and in the informational emails that you have received about the progress of your order.
5. Attach a photo of the purchase document (receipt or invoice) in the “Applications” field.
6. Click “Send”.
