You can monitor the progress of your order from your account and from emails or notifications that you receive at each stage.

My Order

To see the status of your order:

1. Log in to your AlphaDiscounters account.
2. Click on your account icon and select “Orders“.
3. Click “More Details” on the order you are interested in.
4. Each shipment of your order will indicate the stage at which it is located.

Also, at each stage of sending an order, you receive an informative email that contains all the information for tracking it.
