The package does not contain a purchase document. What to do?

If you can’t find the receipt or invoice in the received package:

• Also look into the plastic case where the transport ticket is stuck. Some stores post a purchase confirmation there.
• In some cases, an invoice or receipt may be placed electronically in the “Orders” section of your account. Go to the “Details” of your order and next to the name of the store will be written “Receipt”. Once you select it, the document will appear in a new window so you can print it or save it on your computer.
