When will I receive my order ?

The date of receipt of your order depends on the availability of the goods you purchased.

You can see the estimated delivery date:

• Before placing an order, in the shopping cart above the payment details.
• After placing an order, in your personal account in the order details.

1. Log in to your AlphaDiscounters account.
2. Click on your account icon and select “Orders“.
3. Click “More Details” on the order you are interested in.
4. The estimated delivery date will be indicated for each batch of your order.

Important Note:

In case of any delays in the delivery of your order, a corresponding information message will appear in your ” Orders “, and the exact reason for the delay is in the ” Details ” of the order. You will also receive an informative email.
