Why can’t I see the order in my personal account ?
If your order is not displayed in your account:
- Make sure you are logged into AlphaDiscounters, with the correct email address.
To view your order, you must log in to your AlphaDiscounters account with the same email address that you used to place the order.
To see the email address that you have saved in your account:
- Log in to your AlphaDiscounters account.
- Click on your account icon and select “Settings” .
- Select “Personal Settings” to see your email at the bottom of the page.
If you are logged in with a different email address, you can click on your “Log Out” account icon to log in again with the correct email address.
In addition, if your order has been successfully registered, you will receive a confirmation email.
- Make sure that you have completed the order
If your email address is correct, your order is not displayed in your account, and you have not received an email notification, your order may not have been registered.
Confirm that you have selected the payment method and completed the order in the shopping cart.
