Why is my order delayed ?

If the delivery of your order has been delayed or may be delayed, a notification will appear in your personal account on the Orders page.

By clicking on the notification that appears, you will also be able to see the exact reason for the delay, while the new estimated delivery date will be shown in the “Details” of the order.

Possible reasons for the delay are as follows:

1. There is no more product in the store and it rejects the order

In this case, we automatically search for a product or products in the same price range in all stores available for purchases through AlphaDiscounters to replace it.

2. The receipt of the order from the store was delayed

For reasons that may affect either the store or the shipping company that carried out the delivery, the parcel may not be delivered on the originally scheduled day, and the meeting may be postponed to the next day.

3. Other reasons

Other reasons that may affect the expected delivery date are:

• Extreme weather conditions or strikes, both in the receiving area and in the delivery area of the order.
• Periods of increased demand and increased loading of stores and transport.

In addition, if the estimated delivery date of your order changes, you will also receive an email notification.

If you do not want to wait for your order to be received, you can cancel the entire order or any individual batch of it, at whatever stage it is.
