How do I use the coupon you sent me?

To use a discount coupon for purchases through AlphaDiscounters, follow these steps:

1. Add the product or products you want to buy to the shopping cart.
2. Press
3. On the shopping cart page, click on the phrase “Do you have a gift card or coupon? Click here.
4. Enter the eight-digit voucher code in the field that appears.

The coupon amount will be automatically deducted from your order amount.

Important note:

The discount coupon can only be used for purchases through AlphaDiscounters using a debit or credit card.

Useful tip:

If a message appears when entering a coupon:

• “The voucher is intended for another user” make sure that you are logged in with the email address to which you received a certain coupon code from “Settings“, “Personal Settings”, “Email”.
• “The voucher is no longer active” means that the voucher has expired (the validity period of the voucher and the minimum order value for which it can be used are indicated in the email you received).
