I can pay by shipping method

Cash on delivery is provided for individual products available through AlphaDiscounters, and means the ability to pay in cash upon delivery of your order.

If cash on delivery is not available in payment options via AlphaDiscounters, you can always pay with absolute security with your card.

Important notes:

• Cash payment upon delivery can also be supported by a contactless transaction (POS), if possible with carrier partners.
• The cost of cash on delivery for purchases through AlphaDiscounters is 2 euros per shipment.
• It is currently not possible to issue an invoice for orders paid by cash on delivery.
• Currently, this feature is only supported for shipments to Greece.

To find out if you can pay by cash on delivery for the product you are interested in

1. Add the product to the cart.
2. Proceed to the payment stage of your order.
3. At the top of the “Payment” page, you will see the available payment methods.
4. If the store selected from the shopping cart provides the opportunity to pay by cash on delivery, the “Cash on Delivery” option will appear in the payment methods.

To continue the purchase by cash on delivery

1. Select “Cash on Delivery” as the payment method.
2. Click “Finish” to register the order. 

Useful tip:

Before receiving the order, confirm the payment amount specified in your account so that you know exactly how much money you have to give to the courier.
