The security of electronic payments (3-D Secure)

AlphaDiscounters guarantees the security of payments due to complex security systems.

After you have filled in your card details and selected “Payment”, a window of your bank will appear so that your data can be identified by entering an additional security code. This service is called 3-D Secure and provides additional security and reliable authentication for online debit or credit card transactions.

The identification process may vary depending on the issuing bank and the type of card, so read the instructions on the page carefully before proceeding. For more information about the 3-D Secure process, we recommend contacting your bank. 

In most cases, at the same time you receive a message from your bank, usually via SMS or Viber, with a unique one-time password that you will need to enter to complete the purchase.

Important note:

This code is used only once and differs from the password you use for AlphaDiscounters and from the PIN code of your card.

If you have a bank application installed on your mobile phone, there is a chance that you will receive a push notification in which you will be asked to confirm the purchase directly through the application without entering a code.

The payment of your order is completed by confirmation of identification from the bank.
