Pre-order of the Products

Pre – order is an opportunity to place an order for products that have not yet been on sale: video games, books, digital goods and others. The products that are available for pre-order are labeled Pre-order.

Only individuals can place a pre-order.

In order not to miss the start of sales, subscribe to notifications. To do this, write to the notification to inform about the start of sales.

If the presale is not yet available, subscribe to notifications so as not to miss the opportunity to place a pre-order. To do this, write to inform about the start of the pre-order. When the pre-order is available, you will receive a push notification to your email address.

How to place a Pre-order

Pre-order is made separately from other products. There can be only one item in the order.

To place a pre-order, select the product and click Place a Pre-order. You can pay in full for the pre-order.

How to edit and cancel an order

You can edit the order before it is sent for delivery. You can change the recipient, date and time of delivery.

To do this, go to your My Account, select a pre-order and make changes.

To cancel an order, go to your My Account, select a pre-order and click Cancel.
