3. When can I request a refund?

It is faulty

In which cases do I choose this reason for the refund?

If the product:

  • It was damaged in transit.
  • An error has occurred.
  • It has a near or expired expiration date.

By what date can I send a refund request?

Within 6 months after receiving the goods, you can apply for a refund by selecting “Defective Product” in the return form.

As soon as you register a return request, the AlphaDiscounters team will review it, and after approval, the return package will be received by the carrier in the way you chose when submitting the request. Then it will be sent for verification either to the store or to an authorized workshop, depending on the product.

Upon completion of the verification, you will receive an email with the discovery and further steps of the refund process.

Important note:

If it turns out that the defect occurred as a result of improper use of the product, it is impossible to return the product. In this case, we will contact you about the next steps.

After 6 months from the date of receipt, you can still return the defective product based on its legal or commercial warranty.

In this case, you need to contact us so that we can return the product to the store and check it.

Upload photos that clearly show the goods and damage, if they are obvious.

In addition, it would be very useful to upload a photo of the packaging, if you still have it, as well as proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

  • If the product does not contain all the parts or accessories (you ordered a table, but there are no screws for assembly in the package)
  • If you received fewer pieces (you ordered 5 pieces of soap, but received 3 pieces).
  • If you received a different size (you ordered flip-flops of size 38, and received size 39).
  • If the product you received has characteristics different from those specified in the description on AlphaDiscounters, (You ordered a 128 GB mobile phone, and received 64 GB).
