4. Track the progress of the refund request

After sending a refund request, our team will process it, and you will receive a new email with information about the progress of its implementation.

You can monitor the progress of the refund in your personal account: 

1. Log in to your AlphaDiscounters account.
2. Click on your account icon and select “Orders“.
3. Click “More Details” in the order that includes the returned item.
4. Click “Refund Requests”.

Stages of the Refund Request

• Pending: Our team is processing your request.
• Approved: The request was approved and the carrier picked it up on the selected date.
• Sent: The shipping company received the refund.
• Delivered: The store has received a refund.

Complete the refund process

After receiving the goods by the carrier, we will refund your money or send a replacement, depending on your choice in the return form.

If you return a defective product, it must first be checked by the store or a workshop cooperating with it. Upon completion of the verification, you will receive an email with the discovery and further steps of the refund process.
