5. Instructions for preparing a return package

As soon as the return request is approved by our team, the parcel is picked up by the carrier in the way that you chose when submitting the request.

 Follow the instructions below to properly prepare the package for return.

• Make sure you have included all the product accessories or any gifts that were included in the package upon receipt.

For example, if you want to return a mobile phone, make sure that the charger is included in the package.

• Make sure you have attached proof of payment.

For defective products that may need repair, payment confirmation is required to accept a refund.

If you have received an invoice, you must issue an invoice and include it in the parcel. In case of a refund, the store will send you a credit invoice after receiving the products.

• Pack the product in a strong package.

Give preference to the original packaging, if you do not have it, choose a package that will protect the goods from any damage during transportation.

If the product is already in the box, for example, a mobile phone or a pair of shoes, add a wrapper or package so that the delivery voucher does not lie on top of the original box.

Important note:

When returning goods from different stores, you must deliver one package for each store to the transport company.
