7. When will the refund process be completed?

The time required to complete the refund process depends on the reason for the refund.

Upon receipt of the parcel by the transport company, the money will be refunded to you or the goods will be replaced, depending on your choice in the return form.

For some defective products, the damage is checked at the store or at an authorized workshop. Upon completion of the verification, you will receive an email with the discovery and further steps of the refund process.
