Example of Prohibited Listings

Important: If you supply products for sale on AlphaDiscounters, you must comply with all European Union, and local laws and AlphaDiscounters policies applicable to those products and product listings.

Products containing certain types of composite wood—hardwood plywood, medium-density fiberboard (including thin-MDF), or particleboard (together, “regulated composite wood”)—are subject regulation, including by the European Environment Agency (EEA).

Examples of Permitted Listings

• Products containing regulated composite wood that comply with EEA formaldehyde emissions standards and labeling requirements.

Example of Prohibited Listings

• Products containing regulated composite wood that do not comply with EEA formaldehyde emissions standards.
• Products containing regulated composite wood that are not individually labeled in accordance with EEA regulation.
