Condition guidelines: Medical Devices

All medical devices sold on AlphaDiscounters must be listed in New condition. A medical device is an instrument, apparatus, machine, or related object used to diagnose, cure, treat, or prevent diseases in people or animals. To be considered New, items must not have been previously used and must be in the original packaging. All original accessories must be intact in the package with directions for use included. Medical devices must be properly packaged and sealed to prevent damage.

Products cannot be listed in New condition if the items have been used, have any signs of use or damage, are refurbished, were intended for destruction or disposal, or were otherwise designated as unsellable by the manufacturer or a supplier, vendor, or retailer.

To ensure that customers are able to buy with confidence from all sellers on AlphaDiscounters, you may be required to obtain approval to list certain products.
