Children’s footwear covered by this policy
Children’s shoes, children’s footwear, or “shoes” are intended to protect, cover, and provide comfort to the foot and are designed or intended primarily for the use or wear by children ages 12 or younger. Children’s footwear come in many different sizes for babies, infants or toddlers, and older children. These sizes may include, but are not limited to, 0 to 13.5 and 15-39 (EU sizing). Children’s footwear can come in various fashions, styles, shapes.
Our policy for children’s footwear
AlphaDiscounters requires that all children’s footwear have been tested to and comply with the specific regulation or standard requirements listed below:

Required only for children’s footwear that are designed, intended, or marketed for use by children under three years of age.
We will request this information from you at any time, so we recommend that you have it easily accessible:
- Your company name (if applicable) and seller ID
- Your contact information: email address and phone number
- A list of all children’s footwear that you offer on our store
- Product packaging and label images for all children’s footwear that you offer on our store
- Product images must show all sides of the product packaging
- Any product instructions and manuals for all children’s footwear that you offer on our store
- Product images or test report as evidence of compliance with mandatory tracking label requirements (CPSA Section 14(a)(5))
- Test reports from a CPSC-approved lab confirming that each product was tested to the regulations and standards listed above
- All test reports or certificates must be original and we do not accept scanned copies of documents, reports, or certificates.
- A Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) for all children’s apparel, subject to this policy, that you offer on our store

If you do not provide the required information by the applicable deadline, we may take the following actions:
- Remove the relevant product listings
- Suspend your ability to add new products, your listing privileges, or both
- Withhold any payments due to you
We reserve the right to take any further actions that may be necessary in our sole discretion.
