Return Request

Your customers can make returns or exchanges for received items. On the Return Request page, you can see all customer requests.

After going to one of the current return/exchange requests, the seller will be taken to a page where they can manage the request:

• See the reason for the return or exchange
• Communicate with the customer. Customers can also write to you
• Change the status of the current request
