Support
On the store editing page Settings → Store, sellers can specify whether to display the support form on each individual product page and on the store page.
Product Page:
If the seller has enabled the display of the support form on their product or store pages, all customers can directly message the seller regarding specific products. In Support section, sellers can view these inquiries and respond to them.
